Communities

Hiring a highly trained workforce can save time and money on projects in your community. Not only does partnering with Carpenters Training Institute help skilled members of your community find work, it also helps guarantee your biggest projects will be completed on time, on budget, and above expectations.

Carpenters Training Institute volunteers thousands of hours each year to help the communities in our local areas. Our members have been involved with organizations like Habitat for Humanity, Big Step, Jared Allen’s Homes for Wounded Warriors, Christkindlmarket, and Mac V Veterans Group where they volunteer their skills to help the elderly, veterans, and many more in need.

Diversity Initiatives

Carpenters Training Institute seeks to provide education and training to a diverse student body. We welcome applicants of any gender, race, or creed, and we advocate for the inclusion of underrepresented communities in each of our apprenticeship programs.

Helmets to Hardhats

Carpenters Training Institute supports Helmets to Hardhats, a national, nonprofit program that connects retired and transitioning active-duty military service members with skills training and career opportunities in the construction industry. Veterans that qualify for GI Bill benefits may use their benefits while enrolled in our programs.
